Baiju Joy is the Librarian of St Stephens College, Pathanapuram. For more than 15 years, he worked in information profession at various capabilities. His past assignments includes Senior Research Fellow at Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, worked for Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Dharmajyoti Vidya Peeth, Delhi, TMAM Research and Orientation Centre, Kottayam. He hold Masters in Library and Information Science from SB College, Chenganserry and MA Sociology from Mahatma Gandhi University, Graduated in Library and Information Science from Mahatma Gandhi University and Economics from St Cyrils College, Adoor.In his professional career he has written articles/research paper, presentations in conferences and inventing Best practices in profession.
