HRD AND PLACEMET CELL

Our college consist of HRD and Placement Cell, a well-structured platform to provide the right orientation on various job opportunities available through reputable recruiters, to effectively train the candidates and to facilitate the entire recruitment process. The cell is mainly focused on providing quality training to the all students at all stages of recruitment. It conducts training sessions, mock interviews and group discussions, resume-building workshops, and provides guidance on career paths to ensure that our students are prepared for the recruitment process.

Placement Objectives

• To make students for campus recruitment arranging training in Aptitude tests, Group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
• To encourage career counselling by organizing guest speakers viz. senior corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
• Tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporate of repute for Campus recruitment.
• Make awareness among students regarding available career options and help them in identifying their career objectives and Act as a link between students, alumni and employers.

Activities of the Placement Cell

The provision of the Career Guidance Cell that the institution extends to the students makes them self-confident to perform better in their career. It addresses both the academic and the career concerns and opportunities. The institution teaches an optimistic attitude and a value-added service to the students. The spirit of offering guidance on sharing resources, awareness on availability of opportunities and facilities, information and guidance about market patterns and grooming the employability skills that help in building a base for the students is exercised through the career and counselling cell, as a result of socio-economic integration.

1. The cell supports the students in the development of soft skills and communication ability, to challenge the rigors of competitive tests and at work place.
2. The cell arranges industrial experts’ orientation to the students of all faculty to update the latest trends besides industry pre-requisites.
3. Pre-internship programme is organized to make the students industry ready. Also, Earn and Learn programmes are arranged for the needy students.
4. Proper training on aptitude and logical reasoning is an ongoing process for the final year students.
5. Conducting mock interviews and group discussions are also a part of the industry readiness programme.
