The crest of the college embodies the journey towards light (sun) through knowledge (open book). The shrine on the hillock symbolises transfiguration as a result of enlightenment. The lotus is the seat of wisdom in Indian tradition. The trees on the bank of the pond represent the scenic beauty around the college founded in 1964 and managed by the Society of the Order of Sacred Tansfiguration(SST), Mount Tabor Diara(MTD). The emblem also has the motto of the college, “sacrifice, service and save , invoking the philosophy of the college patron saint, St. Stephen, who sacrificed his life in service of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
