Dr. Deepa T. S. is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce at St. Stephen's College, Pathanapuram. Her teaching and research interests primarily focus on Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, with a special emphasis on contemporary business practices, sustainability, and emerging technologies in commerce.

She completed her Master's Degree in Commerce from the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala. She qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2006 and obtained her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2008. She further qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2010. She was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commerce by Mahatma Gandhi University in 2018 under the esteemed supervision of Prof. Dr. Gabriel Simon Thattil.

Dr. Deepa joined St. Stephen's College, Pathanapuram, in 2011 and has since been actively engaged in teaching, research, academic administration, and student mentoring. She has published more than 20 research papers in reputed national and international journals, edited books, and conference proceedings. She has also presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences, contributing to scholarly discussions in her areas of expertise.

Her current research interests include Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Business Practices, Financial Technology (FinTech), Social Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence in Business. She continues to guide student research and actively participates in academic collaborations, faculty development programmes, and research initiatives aimed at advancing knowledge in the field of commerce.
